I was applying for a significant promotion to head up a global team. I worked with Victoria on my approach towards the interviews and overturning certain perceptions. I appreciated her really listening to and understanding the dynamics of the situation and the organization. She asked questions and came up with a number of alternative scenarios for us to role play. She used the information I had given her in previous sessions to challenge my assumptions and answers to the questions. In addition, she helped me synthesize my core strengths and replay them in a way that helped me demonstrate to the interviewers that these overturned their perceptions.
